Student Art Work in Library

The campus community is invited to view the fall student art exhibit in the Resnick Family Reading Room.  Featured student artists include Jessica Buttel, Virgina Perry-Unger (BEST IN SHOW, SUNY), Rance Paquette, Christopher Stone, and Eli Reid (BEST IN SHOW, SUNY).  The exhibit is available for viewing any time the library is open.

Tony Stewart on Display

Visit our Tony Stewart model car now on display in Resnick Library.  Thank you to alums Jon Rittle ’87 and Dave Smith ‘02 for making the gift.  Both men are graduates of SUNY Delhi’s Computer-Aided Drafting and Design program, and now serve as the mechanical design team for Joe Gibbs Racing, a three-time Nextel Cup champion.

Rittle and Smith were featured in Delhi Horizons magazine, Spring 2006 (www.delhi.edu/alumni/Horizons/horizonssp06.pdf).

Emma Goldman, Golf, and Chiggers

Emma Goldman, Golf Course Design, Parasitology, Agriculture, Leadership, HIV/AIDS, Adolescence, and the Reformation….These subjects are the focus of new books and films recently added to the Resnick Library in honor of faculty and staff who recently received permanent or continuing appointment.  The eight faculty and staff were honored and the books were unveiled at a ceremony in the Library Cafe on October 4th.  Stop by to view the new acquisitions, along with comments from the faculty and staff about why they chose these titles, on display in the library through the end of the semester.
