New Website

The Resnick Library website had a makeover this summer!

What’s new?
Navigation has completely changed.  The left menu makes it easier to quickly move among the Research Zone, Online Reference Shelf, Services for Users, and other sections.  Quick links along the top menu take you to SUNY Delhi, BroncoWeb, Webmail and WebCT.

The Research Zone brings together all of our electronic resources by subject, format and name.  We’ve added full text journals in nursing, business and liberal arts.  We’ve also added Hoovers’ Company Database.

The new SUNY Library Catalog lets you search all, some or your favorite one SUNY library catalog with just a few clicks.  A new “Request It” feature allows you to easily request materials from across the University libraries.  Try it!

Citation guides, online dictionaries, statistics, currency converters, quotations, speeches, maps and more can all be found under a new “Help Yourself” section.

“Try Something New” feature at the bottom of the library web offers a rotating menu of electronic resources for you to explore.  Try something new each week!

Thanks to Amy Schleigh for her incredible work on this project, and to all the staff who contributed ideas, content and proofreading this summer.

We’ll be posting more news as the semester gets underway….and we look forward to reading your comments.

Welcome Back!

Welcome back to campus!  We’ve been busy over the summer making the library better than ever.  Some things you should know: the website is totally overhauled….be sure to stop by and learn your way around.  The SUNYConnect library catalog is up and running… all SUNY libraries at once, or just Delhi’s catalog.  New electronic resources have been added in almost every subject area.  Go to the Research Zone for a complete list.   In the Library Cafe, we added more seating, and upstairs on the 3rd floor, the new Veterinary Science Special Collections Room is almost completed, thanks to a generous grant from the Merrill Family Foundation.

Come see us!  -Pam
