If your 800# does not work when trying to access library databases from off-campus (eg CINAHL, WorldCat, ScienceDirect), you should use the emergency password and also notify the library so we can research the problem. The most common reason your 800# will not work is if you’re a new BSN student starting VanckoHall orientation *before* the official start of a semester. After that it should work fine.
The emergency password to access databases changes each semester to ensure only enrolled students/faculty/staff have access to these resources.
