The Gale database server issues have been resolved, and all Gale databases should be back online. If you continue to experience any database connection problems, please contact the library (firstname.lastname@example.org or 607-746-4644). Thank you for your patience during these technical difficulties!
*Update, 4/3/13* Gale Virtual Reference Library is back online. The rest of the Gale databases listed below are still unavailable. Thank you for your continued patience.
Gale is experiencing server issues right now, and as a result, most of our Gale databases are currently unavailable. This includes:
- Business Insights: Essentials
- Academic OneFile and General OneFile
- Health Reference Center Academic
- Info Trac Newsstand
- Literature Resource Center
- Opposing Viewpoints in Context
- Gale Subject Collection Databases
Gale Technical Support is currently working to resolve the issue and we will update this blog as soon as these databases are back online. All of our other databases (EBSCO databases like Academic Search Complete and CINAHL, Science Direct, JSTOR, etc.) are still fully functional. We apologize for the inconvenience. Please contact the reference desk at 607-746-4644 if you have any questions, or need to find a different database to use right now.
