EBSCO has notified us that the problems with PDF loading have been resolved. A quick check of our databases shows that everything is functioning normally once again. We are currently experiencing technical issues with the library’s EBSCO databases. PDF articles from these databases (which include the MILO search box on the library’s home page, CINAHL, Academic Search Complete, and others) will not load. EBSCO is aware of the issue and is working hard to resolve it.
In the meantime, you can still access articles from our non-EBSCO databases like Science Direct or Academic OneFile. If you have questions about alternative ways to search for articles, please contact the reference desk (607-746-4644 or firstname.lastname@example.org).
